Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center (TVHC) is looking for a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the newly created role of Quality Analyst. Reporting to the Clinical Quality Director, you will work closely with TVHC’s Executive Team- including the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Administration Officer. The Quality Analyst will add value to TVHC by providing key quality, operational, and administrative performance information to drive strategic decisions, including examining clinical quality data, scrutinizing operational flows, and providing data for administrative projects and other key business drivers and performance indicators. Responsibilities include providing easy-access to quality, operational, and administrative data that supports strategic decision-making, preparing quality analyses and reports (both internal and external), creating data visualization dashboards and performance metrics, and supporting the Clinical Quality Director in analyzing clinical quality measures including UDS and HEIDIS. Operational Analyst: Supports the COO in the development and revision of reports for monitoring and identifying areas for opportunity in no-show rate, cycle time, patient panel compliance, provider appointment utilization, and other operational metrics.
Administrative Analyst: Supports the CAO in the development and revision of reports for monitoring and forecasting HR strategic measures; employee engagement and recruitment and retention initiatives, compliance and risk management reporting, and prepares monthly administrative dashboard for Executive Team and Board of Directors.
Clinical Quality Analysis: Support CMO and Director of Clinical Quality in preparation of analyses of TVHC’s Clinical Quality Measures, and other enterprise wide analyses.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in an academic or scientific field related to Information Systems or Technology required. Master’s degree preferred. Solid and proven experience working with diverse communities in a non-profit or healthcare setting. Experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC’s) and their specific patient populations is preferred.
